About the event

You are invited to join this sacred gathering in the Sanctuary.

Experience a transformative journey through Somatic Breath Activation, a powerful breathwork technique designed for you to meet deeper layers of yourself and connect with guidance from your spirit guides and ancestors.

In a Somatic Breath Activation session, you will be guided by Chelsea Renee to open your heart, find a flow with your breath and let exactly what you need at that time to unfold.

There is potential for clarity, insight, release, connection, rejuvenation, relaxation… this is a safe and supportive environment for your journey inward. Created from ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic techniques, the Somatic Breath Activation invites you to unconsciously release stored tension, trauma, and emotional blockages held within the body, allowing for profound healing and liberation.

Each session is a unique and deeply personal experience, tailored to meet you exactly where you are on your journey. Whether you seek emotional release, physical healing, or spiritual growth, the Somatic Breath Activation Ceremony offers a sacred space for transformation and self-discovery.

We are so grateful to hold this experience and frequency with you all.

Logistics:

Please plan to arrive between 5:15 - 5:30pm so we can have space for the magic we have to offer.

Bring your own yoga mat, blankets, clothing layers, water bottle/ herbal tea sacred items to be comfortable and ready to receive. Often temperature fluctuations can occur in the body during breathwork.

Bring an open mind, zero expectations. We will set intentions for the experience, and release expectations for how it will bloom into being.

If you are called, share this experience with a friend. Together, we rise!
