Full Moon Breathwork

Utilize the power of your breath on this soul journey. Prepare to get real and raw with your present state and emotions, knowing you are in a safe, supportive space, surrounded by heart centererd humans that love you. The energy of this second Aquarius full moon of 2021 is powerful and we are going to hold space for each other through this breathwork dive. 

Using a two step somatic breath, we engage our sympathetic nervous system and re-wire our response to every day stress. The breathwork technique is accompanied by a curated playlist and sound bowls. Coupled with the full moon, we are able to partner with our highest self and release conditioning or behaviors that no longer serve our highest good. This full moon will hold a lot of tension over the expectations of society versus our own heart's desires. This is the time to shed what we have been told is acceptable, embrace our gifts and let our light shine to every corner of the Universe, this is the time.
