HOME is where your heart is, and where we will be spending time with once a week for the next month. 

Dedicate time to sit with yourself in embodied practices and loving community. 

This space includes four sessions (listed below) and a WhatsApp message container with support and love from me. 

HOME is EXTRA SPECIAL because we can all share what we are moving through and support each other through the growth process and integration!!

We will meet every Friday night at 5pm MST in October via Zoom!
