Gratitude, crafting and breath.
This gathering begins at 6:00, between 4:30-6:00 you are welcome to receive an Oracle reading, have time to create your own dried arrangement (materials provided, and feel free to bring your own fun materials to make your extra unique!) and connect with other heart-centered humans.
Bring your own vase! We will have some available.
We will be serving cacao as a heart-opener as we prepare for somatic breathwork after 6pm.
Feel free to float in or out for any aspect of this event!
We use ceremonial Legacy Cacao in our mindful gatherings.
